5th Grade Moving Up

It's hard to believe that our kids will be graduating from 5th grade and moving up to 6th.

We are working hard to make it a special day for the kids and for the families.

IMPORTANT DATES AND ACTION ITEMS

May 23rd: Mark your calendar 8:30am
By April 8th (the sooner the better!): Provide photos for a slide-show featuring our almost-middle-schoolers
- Upload a BABY picture (title the file with your child's name, teacher, and "BABY", ex: Betty White - Mrs. Williams - BABY)
- Upload a RECENT picture (a favorite of yours, from home... (Title the file with your child's name, teacher, and "RECENT", ex: Betty White - Mrs. Williams - RECENT)
- Optionally, you may also upload additional photos from the year for the slide show. (See below for details. Please title the file with your child's name, teacher, and a number. Ex: Betty White - Mrs. Williams - 1.)
By April 8th (the sooner the better!): We are accepting donations of $5 (or more!) per student to cover the cost of the t-shirts, slideshow, food, activities, etc. You can get your donation to us by:
- Sending it in with your child to school in an envelope with your child's name and their teacher on it. They can give it to their teacher.
- Dropping it - in an envelope with your child's name and their teacher on it! - in the black PTA mailbox that is to the left of the main entrance doors at the school. Cash is fine, or a check made payable to: THES PTA
- Sending a Venmo payment to: tbd
In the next few weeks: Teachers will be asking for your child’s t-shirt size in the upcoming weeks. Please be sure they know what size they should choose.
