Chess Club Registration Spring 2026

Chess Club Dates: 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25

Time: Wednesdays 2:45pm - 3:45pm
Location: THES Cafeteria
Cost: $78 (to cover cost of Chess Coach and materials)
Eligible: 3rd-5th graders

Notes:

Children will be dismissed for pick-up at the Gymnasium side of the front of the building.
Please provide a “Comprehensive dismissal to chess club" including the schedule dates above note to the teacher before Club start date.

*Please note that in order for your child to participate in Chess Club & for the PTA to be able to offer this extra-curricular activity next year, all parents must agree to the following:*

1) Pick up for students is promptly @ 3:45 so that clean-up can happen & school staff can go home.

No after school buses/transportation will be provided. Parents must pick up student or send them home with another student.

2) Work 1 volunteer shift - We need your help to make things run smoothly and need at least 2 parents at every session to support the Chess Coach at each meeting. Your child CANNOT register if you are unable to volunteer at 1 session.

3) Pay Chess Club fees
