17%: Student Agendas (issued to all students grades 2-5)

Faculty Resources (35% of our total expenses):

62%: Teacher Fund (includes reimbursement for teaching supplies)

26%: Faculty and Staff Appreciation (including Appreciation week, monthly recognition)

Programs & Events (2% of our total expenses):

69%: 5th Grade Moving Up (celebration for graduation of 5th grade students in June)

13%: Earth Savers Club (supplies for crafts, club tools, and earth week activities)

13%: Reflections Program (trophies for award winners)

6%: Books for Bingo (prizes for bingo winners)

Leadership/Education (3% of our total expenses):

100%: Trailblazers in Education Scholarship Fund (awarded to a graduating senior; this year we will have two scholarships of $650 each)

Administrative (10% of our total expenses):

34%: Website & Communications (Toolkit provides PTA Website, Directory, Accounting Management, and Communication tools)

46%: Credit Card Processing Fees (assessed by merchant services for credit companies)

7%: Supplies (miscellaneous office supplies for PTA leadership, such as envelopes/postage for Treasurer to mail payments, envelopes for VP Ways and Means to send tax deduction letters, etc.)

8%: Bonding/Insurance (PTA is required to carry Liability insurance)

5%: Bank Charges (covers NSF check fees, stop payment fees)
